I must preface this to say that we didn’t sign with El Arte but we really wanted to leave a review for the excellent ID we met and worked with - Rebecca. We met Rebecca over the course of about 5 wks, and had numerous meetings with her. From the get go, she was considerate of the fact that we were still overseas, and tried her best to fit our time. She also came fully prepared, with ideas, suggestions, and even drew up 2-3 options for us - something that very few other IDs did (in the end we met close to 15). Rebecca was heard our needs/lifestyle, and Came up with ideas/suggestions that showed she truly thought from our perspective. She also came up with very cool ideas that worked with our less than ideal home layout. Being architecture trained, Rebecca also gave good, realistic advice, and was never pushy which we really valued. Her advice on things like whether a certain number of drawers were feasible made complete sense when she explained them patiently to us - that was very helpful since we were planning for our new home for the first time and had some ideas that really probably wouldn’t have worked. She also went the extra mile to check with her contractors/suppliers when we saw things we’d have wanted but they didn’t supply (like a type of swivel shower partition). She also actively negotiated for a better price for us, within reasonable limits. Perhaps what we enjoyed most about working with Rebecca was her clear explanations and her good vibes - it was never just “yes can do” or “no cannot do” - but she took time to help us understand aspects of design and explore collaboratively what could and couldn’t be done. (Her scribbled drawings are also very easy to understand/act as a good visual aid when she’s explaining). While we went with another company due to their company’s in house carpentry etc(we were mostly doing carpentry for this Reno), we will not hesitate to work with Rebecca in the future should we need any work or Reno to be done!

Roy work according to my budget and plan with care to ensure I can achieve my "dream house" idea while not overspent. He is flexible and patient in arranging meet-up with me due to my hectic schedule. Trustable! And most importantly, he can understand what my needs and wants in building my dream house. He offered extra help to source for compatible deco and accessories. Hopefully once the renovation started he can also put in equal effort to the entire renovation project.

Had the opportunity to discuss our home renovation plans with Quad R's Nigel, and we were impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He was attentive when listening to our lifestyle needs, and proposed great ideas to us. Communications-wise, it was also a smooth experience with Nigel as he relays information clearly and promptly. We met with Enci and decided on the spot that she was the right ID for us! She’s very friendly, responsive and efficient. She also gave us tips on practicality and cost-savings when discussing all the works. The renovation was completed on time and she and her team were very helpful when it came to any rectifications and additional request as well. Would recommend, especially for young couples who have a BTO or are renovating for the first time!

We’ve just completed our home renovation with designer Mr. Sky, and the whole experience was truly enjoyable! Sky respected our ideas while also offering many professional and practical suggestions. My wife and I are so thrilled with our newly renovated home, and it's all thanks to Russell from Kinjo Studios! We moved into our place five years ago and never got around to doing anything with it. When we finally decided to take the plunge, we met with several interior designers, but none of them quite clicked. From our first meeting with Russell, we knew he was the one. The entire renovation journey was incredibly smooth and efficient, taking only five weeks to complete – which was amazing, especially since we were living in the house throughout the process! Towards the end of the project, he surprised us with a beautiful olive tree for our living room. It was the perfect final touch that tied the whole space together. On top of his fantastic design sense and professionalism, Russell's quotation was the most affordable one we received, and he was completely transparent with all the costs involved. There were no hidden surprises. We couldn't be happier with the result. Russell didn't just give us a beautiful house; he created a home that is far beyond what we could have ever expected. We wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely caring interior designer.

KS was very helpful with helping my mum get her new 2 room BTO flat ready. He didn’t oversell and gave practical suggestions. Even though the scope of work was very small, he went over and above the coordination of timing and installation of carpentry, furniture and aircon. He was patient and understanding, helped my mum with her appliances and providing updates throughout the process with videos and photos. Thank you KS!

Si ming demonstrated strong project management and design skills throughout the task. He adhered closely to the agreed timeline, ensuring that each stage of the project was completed punctually. His commitment to meeting deadlines reflects good planning and time management. In addition, the design outcome was well executed, showing thoughtful attention to detail and aesthetic presentation. The final product met the project requirements and was well received by the team. Overall, Si ming maintained professionalism and consistency in his work. His ability to keep within schedule while delivering a well-designed output is commendable.

We were recommended Raymond from Charlotte’s Carpentry by a friend, and he did not disappoint. While we were busy preparing for our wedding and juggling a season of big life changes, Raymond took charge of everything for our new home with care and professionalism. He turned our ideas into something even better — stylish yet practical, and full of thoughtful details. He took the time to understand our lifestyle and even kept our future plans for pets in mind, making sure the space would remain comfortable and functional for years to come. Raymond also liaised closely with our other vendors, which made the entire renovation process smooth and completely stress-free for us. Despite a few last-minute changes we didn’t foresee, he followed through patiently and ensured everything was completed beautifully. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, honest, and trustworthy. Found Suki when I googled for good review. I had shortlisted a few ID when I met Suki. I knew Suki is the right one after the first meeting! She communicates clearly with the floor plan ready and aware of limitations of structural wall advising what can and cannot be done. Many rounds of discussion and going thru the design which she has been extremely patience when I was fickle minded. Biggest shoutout to her passion for her job. She answers to messages 24/7 even late at night past midnight and morning as early as 7am!! Thank you Suki! She is a gem ❤️
