First met up with Charmain through my sister’s recommendation. We’re glad that we did not have to go through any sort of reno nightmare as first time homeowners. We appreciate her help to coordinate with all our external vendors for installation etc. Along the way, there were no major hiccups and Charmain was responsive and prompt in resolving any minor ones. Overall, we would recommend Ofthebox for their timeliness, responsiveness and service recovery (all of which to us, is the most important).

Amongst the sea of confusing designers, Andy was a complete breath of fresh air!! Not pushy, but with many interesting and innovative suggestions that were budget conscious. I am happy and glad to have Andy as the Interior Designer. He is very hard working and very responsive (even in strange timing). He take his time to understand our ever changing requirement, and trying to meet them. He gives very valuable suggestions in term of design and practicality balancing between cost. He is definitely a value add in my opinion in this very stressful renovation time. Andy has an eye for detail and will directly get the contractor to change things when it doesn’t meet his expectation, so you don’t have to worry! For bigger issues he will inform you and suggest options with his rationale and that made deciding so much easier! Any queries you may have will be answered almost immediately which is impressive. Highly recommended for the outstanding work that they provided!

We had a great experience working with ofthebox for our first-ever property! From our initial meet-up with Haylee through design and execution, we were impressed by her attention to detail, methodical follow-ups and above all, sensitivity to our preferences and dislikes. Ever accommodating and thoughtful, Haylee is a designer we would highly recommend to help create your home interior visions into reality.

We’ve been to Interior designer fairs and met multiple interior designers before we came across Of the box on TikTok. We were impressed by their work and decided to proceed with them. With every project, It is impossible to expect zero ups and downs throughout. I’ve heard so many home renovation horror stories from people around me. Likewise for us, we met many hiccups along the way. However, both Jay & Charmian were reliable and very responsive to all our request. Our concerns were addressed and issues were rectified timely. Both their patience, unwavering assistance, and design ideas will be unforgettable to our home renovation process. Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with both Jay and Charmian! We reached out to a few ID firms and Intheory was one of the five firms we shortlisted. Met up with Yong Kun during the initial session and felt really comfortable with sharing ideas with him. This was one of the key factors we were evaluating as we believed this would determine the outcome of our dream home. He stayed very professional & responsible throughout the engagement and we're really thankful for that! Not the cheapest, but definitely worth every dollar!

We had a really great experience working with Connie and Jamie! During the early design stage, they were very patient and responsive in addressing our comments and making changes to the design and quotation. Whenever we were unsure of certain concepts or design elements, they also demonstrated their experience and creativity in making recommendations that met our needs without busting the budget. Highly recommended!!!

Although we didn't proceed with Massing Design for our home, it was a huge joy working with Phyllis on the initial concepts and flow of the home. She brought a perfect balance of creativity and functionality with her expertise throughout the initial consultation to subsequent meetings. On top of that, despite our busy schedules, she would source for furnitures and cheaper alternatives to complement the vibe we're going for. Phyllis was a refreshing mix of professionalism and enthusiasm, one that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to engage with.

We were introduced to Cindy Teong by a friend and decided to go with her after being assured by her friendliness, professionalism and confidence. Right from the start, Cindy took care to listen to our requirements and gave us good suggestions when we needed them. Throughout the renovation process, she was very responsive, replying to our messages late into the night even when it was not urgent. She also did her best in getting us the good deals and discounts whenever she can, for which we were very grateful for. Being new home owners, we were anxious and changed our minds often when it came to selection of laminates, tiles and paints, but despite this constant back and forth she remained accommodating and uncomplaining. She was never dismissive of our ideas, and would often dissuade us from costly changes that she felt were unnecessary. The quality of the final renovation project was beautiful and fit our vision perfectly. In terms of carpentry, Ciseern was also one of the few renovation firm to offer good quality blum hinges without overcharge, and Cindy also helped to throw in freebies like free sauce tray and dish rack. There are inevitable hiccups that happen throughout the renovation process, but Cindy rectified any errors quickly and remained upbeat and positive throughout, boosting our confidence in her further. Overall, it has been a smooth and enjoyable process working with her, and we would strongly recommend anyone looking for a reliable interior designer to consider Cindy.

Am very satisfied with the outcome. They nailed it despite my fussy attention to detail. Our project mgr is the best. I'm able to leave my keys with no worries during our work week. Constantly updating us and always have our interest at heart. A good ID is not one without hiccups as many parties are involved. Plumber, carpentry, tabletop, electrician and tiler.. A good ID is one who knows how to settle and solve all the hiccups while keeping up to high standard expectations. Thank you all for creating me a new and workable kitchen. Worth every cent.. so happy that the next project is coming up... Thanks To Shan, Jia Ling & All The Team Involve.
