My work scope only cover flooring and kitchen cabinets. Then addon the glass doors and bedroom wardrobe. Nevertheless both him and his boss are very patient with me and work within my budget. He went through the checks from start - after I collected my keys to the ends rectification works follow-ups till handover. He kept everyone updated via group chats and indicate timeline in them. Even at the handover day, he recheck the unit before meeting me for handover. I truly appreciated all his time and efforts spent. Renovation process isn’t perfect but it still met my expectations. I moved in today to my new bto unit and I’m happy that met both he and his boss Roderiick.

We worked with Yve and Derrick from Forefront Interior who were responsive and responsible in responding to our queries and it was a pleasure working with them to flesh out a vision and bring it to fruition. Forefront has a robust system in place and we felt that all processes and work with contractors ran smoothly and without issue. We were thankful for their insight and satisfied with the result and overall experience!

Had a very good renovation experience with Cindy from YID. From the initial consultation to completion, everything was smooth and well managed. She was patient, reassuring and steady throughout, which gave us confidence at every stage. She took the time to understand our broad ideas and was able to translate them into a design that took into account our preferences and needs. We also appreciated how responsive and accommodating she was. Communication was clear, and whenever there were minor hiccups along the way, she was proactive in addressing them and working through them with us. Overall, the process was quite stress-free and everything was delivered as promised. Most importantly, we’re really pleased with how the home turned out, and it feels like a space that suits us. Would definitely recommend Cindy if you’re looking for a reliable and thoughtful interior designer!

I don’t see 4 stars as a bad thing. It simply means there is always room for improvement because of the industry-wide bad reputation and practice culture in general. Moreover, most ID companies are faceless. We only meet the IDs the companies assigned them to. But let’s talk about what my ID, Xavier Ke, has done for my home. This is the main highlight. Thank you for being very considerate of my budget and willing to take on smaller margin to transform an old estate into a very liveable and comfortable home. If anyone said that the whole reno process is without any hiccups will be lying. It wasn’t always smooth because it happens and I don’t mind it because what matters is Xavier was happy to rectify and problem solve together. He understood the vision for the house and helped bring it to life. I can see and feel his passion and standard towards the project. And I’m so glad that we improved our understanding and communication as we progress and complete the reno. Really happy with the result you put together for us. No picture or video to show (too private for public viewing) but I’m really proud of what we have done together so here it is.

We hired Taufiq from Alchemist for our 4-room HDB makeover and couldn't be happier. From the first consultation, Taufiq took time to understand our lifestyle and suggested smart storage solutions that made a huge difference. He was proactive with updates, managed the contractors well, and was super patient with all our last-minute changes 😅 The quality of workmanship is excellent and the space feels exactly like "us". Ivonne has been very responsive and on the ball throughout our renovation. She’s quick to reply to messages, regularly checks on the progress of the works, and keeps us updated. Really appreciate that she also goes the extra mile when needed, such as helping us purchase stuff and coordinating the little details along the way. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reassuring experience working with her, highly recommended.

Our ID was Carine and we had a great experience with her. She’s very responsive and flexible. She’s able to provide design ideas while at the same time is open to suggestions and conscious of our budget. And her design style suits our aesthetics and practical needs. She also managed to complete the renovation within our tight timeline as promised so we could move in per schedule. Overall will recommend her for an easygoing fuss free renovation!

While we first decided to work with Alchemist Design for their value for money qoutation, working with our ID Muzz was a great experience. He brought sharp attention to detail and thoughtful design suggestions, while always respecting our preferences and decisions. ​He didn't just manage the reno project, he proactively helped us source for reliable vendors or suggest vendors that he trusts, for things like curtains and essential home accessories. Throughout the entire process, he kept us updated, worked closely and communicated with contractors from start to finish, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Even post-renovation, he remains contactable and reliable whenever we have issues or touch-ups. ​Our Muji inspired matrimonial home turned out even better than we had imagined. Finally did the kitchen cabinet after months of deliberation. Worked with James (Lee) with the project. We discussed on the color scheme and layout. Work took exactly 2 months from signing of contract to completion and handover. There were some hiccups along the way but were promptly addressed. Love the final outcome. 😊 ❤️ thank you.
