It was a pleasant 1st discussion meeting on 13/12/2025. We have been following up with Alexa regarding the revised quotation for many times, but she always has reason for the delaying until the end she no more reply. 1st follow up on 8/1/2026, 8.06am- She replied on 9/1/2026, 12.01pm saying that she was oversea & will update me on Monday. 2nd follow up on 13/1/2026, 9.45am- No respond from her 3rd follow up on 15/1/2026, 9.39am- She replied on 17/1/2026, 1.28pm saying that she was in hospitalized from food poisoning & will revert us ASAP. 4th follow up on 30/1/2026, 8.46am- She replied on 31/1/2026, 3.02pm saying that she caught the viral flu after her hospitalized. She said she was rushing all her backlog & will revert to us ASAP. 5th follow up on 23/2/2026, 9.27am- No respond from anymore

We’ve had a great experience with ✨ Natalie ✨ . Her professionalism, ownership and calmness throughout the process was exceptional. She takes tremendous care in building our home, almost as though it were her own, and never takes shortcuts. She often catches details that we completely miss during our site visits - e.g. she noticed that our door 🚪 knobs were installed too high and took the initiative to send them back for correction. We didn’t even notice it! This type of ID where to find 🤣 When one of our chosen dark wood laminates went out of stock, instead of taking the easy route and simply suggesting an alternative, she guided us through the matching process again, considering our other laminate, wall and floor colours. 🌈 There’s also a lot of behind-the-scenes work — measurements, material selection, proposals and coordinating with different vendors — and she took the bulk of that off our shoulders. Her design taste is excellent as well, and we’ve never had an instance where we second-guessed her recommendations. 💪 We’re approaching the end of this “not so straightforward” reno and are happy with seeing our dream home come to life. ❤️ Seriously dont look any further if you want a great experience for your reno!

We had the pleasure of getting connected with Phyllis after putting up our renovations plans in as an enquiry. She has been such a great help throughout our renovation journey - both in terms of her commitment to her work, the amount of ideas and dialogue she has with us to really understand our vision, and executing within our budget. We were first impressed by the extent of the preparation during our first meeting, in terms of the mood-board and material selection to fit into our design vision which was more of a brutalist-esque look. Instead of trying to steer us to perhaps more conventional design choices, she was very passionate in helping us bring our vision to life to life, providing us with a lot of technical suggestions and design guidance as well. Beyond the more stylistic side of things, the one thing we truly appreciate the most about working with Phyllis is her genuineness in partnering with us. She was always very candid and honest about the different options and their consequent costs so we are well informed on the choices & investments we are making. She will also share with us the pros and cons of different design solutions that she put forth, so we’re always kept in the know and feel comfortable that we made an informed decision whenever it is tasked to us. You can also rest assured if you work with Phyllis that she is perpetually contactable and managing your site. We were pleasantly surprised with how well she managed the project and how on top of things she always was, even making sure she was in contact with the team onsite even during her own travels, and her own birthday celebrations even. Even the tiniest of defects, or the randomest question from us gets attended to so quickly. The utmost dedication to our project from her really put our minds at ease throughout the entire renovation process. From measurements to color matching, from material selection to suggestions on furniture and appliances dimensions, down to even giving design suggestions for our place to fit our lifestyles, Phyllis has been a critical part in making this entire renovation process much more stress-free than we had initially expected. We truly appreciate working with her, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone else looking for an interior designer with a great eye for design, utmost commitment to her projects, and exceptional project management skills!

We engaged Janice from Keyconcept for our home renovation and had a very pleasant experience from the initial discussions all the way to handover. Janice stood out to us because she was very responsive, efficient and, most importantly, not pushy. She took the time to understand what we envisioned for our home instead of trying to steer us towards something completely different. She was able to translate our ideas into the actual design while also providing practical suggestions along the way. Communication throughout the renovation was smooth. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, Janice replied quickly and addressed matters efficiently. The whole project was well coordinated, and we did not encounter any major unpleasant experiences during the renovation. Another highlight was the timeline. The work progressed very quickly and efficiently, and our home was actually handed over earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Janice and Keyconcept. She made what could have been a stressful renovation process feel straightforward and manageable. We would highly recommend her to homeowners who want an ID who listens, communicates well, works efficiently and is able to bring their vision to life.

Really happy with the renovation done by Cloud Creation, with Eugene handling our project. Eugene was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He listened to our ideas, explained things clearly and was responsive whenever we had questions. We also appreciated that he kept us updated instead of leaving us wondering what was happening. It made the renovation process feel much less stressful. Overall, we are very happy with our renovated home. The renovation process was a very pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish.

Bonus points from my husband, he like the new kitchen cabinet of the design neat & colour tone match, for me I like the table top & glass backing easy to clean. We were 'shopping' for an ID to help us out for our small project.We just needed to redo our kitchen.We met with close to 10 ID's including Supreme Houzz.What made us choose them was because they checked our list for everything that we were looking for in an ID.The vibe with Gordon and Ruben was great from the start.Ruben gave us a solution that no ID we met gave us regarding our washing machine placement predicament.They really know what they were talking about including technical wise and design wise.Price wise,they were not the cheapest quote we got,but the items they provided in the quote fulfilled the things we needed which we didnt get from some ID's we met.From the start till the end of the project,Gordon was there to answer our questions or worries and he even came down for the major works(hacking/cabinet installation etc)to oversee that things were done properly.Although we were home during the reno process,having Gordon around really helped us with any worries and any issues are rectified on the spot which helps lessen our reno 'anxiety'😅 Now our kitchen is beautiful and even more than what we envisioned it to be.We truly appreciate the effort Ruben and especially Gordon put into making our dream come to life and will definitely turn to them if we need any works to be done in the future.Thanx guys and we wish you prosperity and success for your future👍👍💪

My ID is Willy Poh and I’m very happy with the experience of working with him. He has been extremely helpful, accommodating, and patient throughout the process. He was flexible with my working schedule, which made communication and coordination much easier. What I especially appreciate is that he went beyond his basic responsibilities—even helping to receive bulky items, which was a great convenience and showed how committed he was to making the renovation process smooth for me. He also provides professional and practical suggestions, especially when it comes to colour matching, design choices, and making sure everything comes together cohesively. Renovation Experience with Assemble Concept – Jonn I would like to share my renovation experience with Assemble Concept, especially my experience with Jonn, who has been incredibly reliable and responsible throughout the whole renovation process. From the beginning, Jonn has always been attentive to my needs and willing to accommodate even the small requests, including things that were sometimes beyond his actual job scope. His attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. As I am working as an educator, phone usage is not permitted during working hours, so there are times when I am unable to reply promptly. I truly appreciate Jonn’s patience and understanding—he never pressured me for an immediate response and was always willing to wait patiently for my replies. There were also many times when I was completely clueless about how to plan or arrange certain areas of my unit. Jonn would come up with practical suggestions and ideas, helping me make decisions with much more confidence. What I appreciated most was his regular updates through videos, showing the progress and completion of each part of the renovation. Even when I was slow to respond, I could see that things were progressing smoothly. Those updates gave me great peace of mind and made me feel that my home was in good hands. Overall, I am very thankful for Jonn’s professionalism, patience, responsibility and dedication. He genuinely listens to his customer and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done properly. We had a really great experience with Amy and Junior as our IDs for our home renovation. From the very beginning, we could easily vibe with them, which made the entire renovation journey comfortable and enjoyable. One of the biggest perks of having two IDs is being able to hear both of their opinions when we were stuck between different choices. From tiles and finishes to even our Taobao hauls, they were always happy to give their input and practical tips to make sure everything came together nicely. They also made a genuine effort to work within our budget and would suggest alternatives whenever possible, which we really appreciated. They were also very responsive throughout the renovation. Whenever we had questions or encountered any issues, they would reply and help resolve them promptly. This was especially important for us as we had a planned move-in date, and they did their best to keep everything on schedule and avoid any delays. A special shoutout to our electrician, Anthony, who deserves a mention as well. He made multiple trips down to help us troubleshoot and solve various electrical issues. Despite the multiple trips and different problems we encountered, he was always patient, kind and helpful. We really appreciated how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly sorted out. Overall, we’re really happy with how our home turned out and very glad we chose Amy and Junior as our IDs. The whole team was helpful, approachable and attentive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for IDs who are willing to listen, give honest opinions, work within your budget and go the extra mile!

James from Carpenter Direct provided excellent coordination throughout the entire process. We understand that many interior designers can be slow to respond and may not provide regular updates on the work, but James was the complete opposite. He followed up closely, communicated promptly, kept us well informed, and always made sure the contractors arrived on time.
