Would have been great if Cindy and Jolene were the assigned IDs at the start of renovation. Unfortunately, had a less than pleasant experience with a now ex-staff, before Cindy and Jolene saved the day. Kudos to them for being able to pull it off despite taking over the project at late stage. The colours suggestions and ability to communicate properly helped to move the project along even though they took over at late stage of the renovation.

Recently completed my first home renovation project with Le Interior Affairs. Among all the proposals and advice I received, I chose to put my faith in Jeffery Ng from Le Interior Affairs to complete my virgin project. He explained the finer points of his design to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward, his ideas and final proposal stood out from the others. He is one those vintage old school ID that are hard to come by in today's market. Do not mistake old school for unfancy, dull designs. What I meant to say is that he has a strong foundation in the renovation sector and is highly skilled in multiple trending designs. How many IDs are able to quickly come up with a hand-drawn sketch of a design in a moment notice? There are moments where I felt fretted over minor things. However, Jeffery remained patient and professional with me throughout, he was always able to find a solution! Simply let him work his magic and don't worry. ;) Looking back at the whole renovation process, I'm grateful I engaged his services. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is considering to carry out their renovations. We engaged 7 Sense Studio for a full home renovation in Singapore and are very pleased with the overall experience. The renovation took about 8 weeks (mid-May to late July) and covered extensive works including hacking, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, painting, and finishing. Despite the complexity and multiple trades involved, the project was completed within the agreed timeline. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Our Senior Designer, Liang Wei, was exceptional. He was responsive, patient, flexible with our design changes, and consistently offered practical solutions that suited our needs and budget. Communication was always clear and reassuring throughout the process. Site supervision and coordination among various vendors were well managed, giving us confidence in the workmanship and execution. Budget-wise, costs remained largely within expectations, with transparent explanations for any variations. Overall, 7th Sense Studio, and especially Liang Wei, provided a professional and stress-free renovation experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable interior design firm in Singapore.

We came across Celeste from Seiji Interior through her Instagram page. After seeing her portfolio, we arranged a meetup for a discussion, and from the very first meeting we felt comfortable and confident in her, so we decided to engage her for our home renovation. As first-time homeowners going through renovation, there were naturally many things we were unfamiliar with. We’re really thankful that we found Celeste, as she was always there whenever we needed advice or assistance. She was responsive, patient, and reassuring throughout the process, which made the journey much easier for us. The design was both practical and aligned with what we had in mind. Celeste took the time to understand our lifestyle and preferences, and the final design reflects both functionality and aesthetics that work well for our home. We engaged Siaw Ean from U-Home Interior Design for our reno project, and she provided top-notch services. She was very patient with our many queries and requests till the end of the project. And she was super responsive and hardworking, even responded to our messages at late nights. It's hard to find such excellent customer service elsewhere. What struck us most was that she remained calm during challenging times and tried her best to resolve issues that arose. So grateful to engage her in this reno journey and we were very satisfied with the carpentry work. Great job!

We found Derek from Cloud Creation through Qanvast, and working with him was a very pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish. Derek is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Our unit is a 7-year resale flat, and he provided many practical and honest suggestions on which areas really needed renovation, which parts should be redone, and which could simply be touched up. What we appreciated most is that he never encouraged us to spend money on unnecessary or non-practical items. Another thing we were very impressed with is his speedy renovation coordination and efficiency. With his professional planning and strong project management, our renovation was completed in just 8 weeks, even with 1.5weeks break during Chinese New Year. The whole process moved very smoothly and much faster than we expected. Derek also has a strong and reliable renovation team, including skilled carpenters, tilers, painters, plumbers, electricians, and other workers. The carpentry work and overall finishing were nicely done, and the workmanship quality is very good. Overall, we are very happy with our renovated home. Derek made the renovation process efficient, smooth, and stress-free, and we truly appreciate his dedication and fast coordination of the work. We will strongly and confidently recommend Derek to our family and friends who are planning to renovate their homes.

My home renovation almost done and I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Vincent. His attitude throughout the whole process was excellent. He was always responsive, replied quickly, and followed up closely on every detail. The most important point is that my timeline was very tight because I needed to move in soon, and the renovation period also overlapped with the Chinese New Year. Despite the short schedule of only about two months, Vincent managed to complete the project on time as promised. I really appreciate his responsibility, efficiency, and professionalism. The overall experience was smooth and stress-free, and the final result met my expectations. I would definitely recommend Vincent to anyone who is looking for a reliable and dedicated interior designer.

We engaged Nick Ng as our ID in August 2025. He’s detailed, patient and responds promptly to our requests and queries. While we were exploring different concepts for our new home, he helped us to visualise the various options with drawings. He also proactively suggested ideas for the spaces that we had concerns about. As we bought a resale flat, we encountered a few unexpected issues during renovation and Nick provided us with a range of options and practical solutions. He also gave us regular updates throughout the process, which was reassuring. We appreciate that he worked closely with us to bring our ideas to fruition and customise the different spaces in our home, especially the kitchen and master bedroom, to suit our needs. All in all, we had a good experience working with Nick and happy with how our new place turned out.

Had a great experience working with Iman and Luis to do a full overhaul of my 2-bedder resale condo! Right from the first meeting, Iman presented a detailed proposal based on my brief. He had a keen eye for details, understood my vision and was very excited about my home ☺️ I had a few more meetings with other ID firms planned, but cancelled them to sign with Massing after the first session. It was my first time doing a renovation; which is a pretty daunting process as a single homeowner, but Iman and Luis have been incredibly helpful. The process was smooth, communication was clear + swift – they always reply promptly and ensured everything was done properly despite the tight timeline. They also went out of their way to help me find the exact marble I wanted for my kitchen countertop! Whenever there are issues/hiccups (as all renovations do), Iman and Luis were proactive in resolving them. Quotation was transparent. They also took the initiative to help me source for quality, affordable items and negotiated with their contractors/vendors on my behalf too. Am glad that it has been a stress-free experience – would definitely recommend Massing Design to family and friends!

We recently completed the renovation of our new home and would like to sincerely thank our designer Joan and her assistant Elaine for their professionalism, patience, and hard work throughout the journey. As first-time homeowners, we had little knowledge about renovation, but Joan patiently guided us step by step, explaining everything clearly. She also helped us choose tiles, laminates, and colours that matched our home. She was mindful of our budget and shared tips to help us save costs. During the renovation, she kept us updated regularly through WhatsApp with photos and progress updates, which gave us peace of mind.
