As a first-time homeowner, I had many questions throughout the renovation process, and Irvin was consistently patient in explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. Working with her was easy and pleasant, as she has an amiable and humorous character. Her calm and composed attitude helped ensure that the already stressful renovation process never felt overwhelming, even though it was difficult for me to make certain decisions such as the selection of tiles. She first struck me as a very meticulous ID when I noticed how well she organised all her project files and photos on her company’s shared server. This gave me great confidence and peace of mind, knowing that she was on top of every detail across all her projects, including mine. Her attention to detail was also reflected in her approach to planning. She took the time to carefully plan and align on every aspect of the renovation before proceeding with the actual works, rather than rushing into execution. This greatly reduced last-minute or hasty decision-making. She was also very responsive to messages, making communication smooth and reassuring throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely values the homeowner’s perspective. Whenever there were differing views, she would thoughtfully consider how best to resolve them or find a middle ground, instead of taking the easy route of either agreeing to impractical ideas or dismissing good ones outright. Overall, her dedication and time put into the project in our various meetups/shopping trips way exceeded my expectation and went a long way in the successful delivery of a home that is not only focused on aesthetics but more importantly, highly practical and safe. Irvin was transparent about costs and demonstrated strong project management skills. As a perfectionist, she proactively had contractors rectify issues, such as instructing her tilers to redo slightly misaligned tiles before I had a chance to see them, even when it would have been easier to leave them as they were. She once shared her mantra: “If the work doesn’t pass my inspection, how can it pass the homeowner’s?” This principle stayed with me throughout the journey and fostered trust and there was no real need for me to go down on site to monitor the works much. Her after-sales service following handover has been equally impressive, with prompt coordination of contractors whenever minor touch ups were required. Overall, the renovation was delivered on time and within budget. While her quotation was generally higher than those from other interior designers I approached, the quality of work and the overall positive experience more than made up for it. She would also gently rein me in on budget considerations whenever my ideas became too ambitious, which further demonstrated that her priority was always the client’s interests rather than maximising profit. 6 months on staying in my new house, I’m pleased to say that very little rectification has been needed, and I cant think of any major “renovation regrets", a testament to her planning and detail. I’m very glad to have worked with Irvin and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and detail-driven interior designer.

Working with our interior designer was overall a positive and reassuring experience, with several strong points that stood out. One of their biggest strengths was their sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Throughout the project, they were consistently quick to reply, open to feedback, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns. This made the entire renovation journey feel smoother and gave us confidence that things were being handled with care. As with most renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way. However, the designer was willing to step in and resolve issues when they arose, which we appreciated. While there were moments that suggested a slight lack of experience—particularly when dealing with finer details—these were generally manageable and improved as the project progressed. In terms of workmanship and execution, we felt that a bit more attention to detail would have elevated the final outcome further. That said, the overall result was still satisfactory, and we could see the effort put into delivering a good finish. Overall, we had a good experience working together. Their strong communication, accountability, and willingness to improve made a meaningful difference, and with more experience and refinement in details, they have great potential to deliver even better results in the future.

Would have been great if Cindy and Jolene were the assigned IDs at the start of renovation. Unfortunately, had a less than pleasant experience with a now ex-staff, before Cindy and Jolene saved the day. Kudos to them for being able to pull it off despite taking over the project at late stage. The colours suggestions and ability to communicate properly helped to move the project along even though they took over at late stage of the renovation.

Recently completed my first home renovation project with Le Interior Affairs. Among all the proposals and advice I received, I chose to put my faith in Jeffery Ng from Le Interior Affairs to complete my virgin project. He explained the finer points of his design to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward, his ideas and final proposal stood out from the others. He is one those vintage old school ID that are hard to come by in today's market. Do not mistake old school for unfancy, dull designs. What I meant to say is that he has a strong foundation in the renovation sector and is highly skilled in multiple trending designs. How many IDs are able to quickly come up with a hand-drawn sketch of a design in a moment notice? There are moments where I felt fretted over minor things. However, Jeffery remained patient and professional with me throughout, he was always able to find a solution! Simply let him work his magic and don't worry. ;) Looking back at the whole renovation process, I'm grateful I engaged his services. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is considering to carry out their renovations. I would like to thank Le Interior Affairs and their Interior Designer, Jeffery, for providing an overall excellent and well rounded service.

While we ultimately did not go with Alec from Quad R (we went with another ID that was recommended to us) we had a really great experience with Alec. From our first engagement, we were impressed by his thoughtfulness and he meticulously took us through the ideation journey, something that you don’t get all the time with other IDs. He was fast to respond, open to ideas and really understood what we were after and came up with a design that served us and what we envision our future could look like. Jiayou Alec!

I spent time visiting this interior design firm for a consultation and shared my renovation requirements in detail. During the meeting, the ID mentioned that the quotation would be ready within 2 weeks — which was already longer than most other firms that usually take about a week. However, there was no follow-up after that. Now at least 4 weeks have passed since then, and I still haven’t received anything. This experience shows lack of professionalism. I can’t comment on their design skills as I never got that far, but based on the service so far, I would not recommend them.

I stepped into my renovation journey with zero clue! Just vibes, references and a very particular eye for details. After meeting 6 to 7 IDs, Xinwei from Key Concept stood out immediately. It was that instant click, a positive vibe that reassures me this lady could be a cool buddy to work with. From the start, it felt more like a collaboration than a transaction. We bounced ideas, went for recce together, looked around for the perfect materials and even curated furniture pieces like we were building a moodboard in real life. Infact there were some fun memories, or 'learning experiences' I must say whilst we went shopping! Also, Xinwei totally understood my vibe and our discussions were always productive (with a bit of banter in between, especially on Whatsapp!). Most importantly, I needed an ID who can thoroughly and responsibly assist me in coordinating with vendors, managing timelines and stepping in quickly whenever there were hiccups. She did just that! As someone very involved creatively myself, I needed someone to rationalise ideas and guide what’s possible. As I was very secretive about my plans with my own friends and family, Xinwei was that only buddy I could rely on! My space may be small, but we maximised it beautifully. Now, I come home to what feels like my own little hotel room and honestly, it turned out even better than what we first envisioned. Grateful for Xinwei for being there every step of the way and to Key Concept for the continued support even after handover. Thank you XW!

It didn’t take me long to decide on engaging Supreme Houzz for my renovation, thanks to the excellent initial meeting. The team was attentive and impressively efficient, even providing a draft drawing on the spot, which gave me confidence in their capabilities. My interior designer, James, provided thoughtful suggestions and practical recommendations throughout the entire process, while always taking my preferences into account. I’m glad I followed his suggestion to go with a more unique basin for the master bathroom, which has received many compliments. He was consistently responsive to any questions or concerns, which I truly appreciated. I’m especially grateful for his dedication in ensuring the renovation progressed seamlessly. James closely monitored every stage and kept me regularly updated, even when I wasn’t able to be on-site. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the renovation experience and would highly recommend Supreme Houzz and James to anyone looking for a dependable and committed interior designer.

My wife & I were blessed to have Colin & Brandon as our Interior Designers, from start to finish. From the initial consultation, both of them were professional, patient, and took the time to really understand my needs, preferences, and budget. Our meet ups always feels like hanging out with friends. Very relaxed, they didn’t just focus on aesthetics but also gave practical suggestions that suited my lifestyle and space. Throughout the renovation process, Colin and Brandon were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, which gave me peace of mind. They kept me updated regularly on the progress, so I always knew what was happening on-site. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and overall workmanship. The finishing was neat, and the quality of work met my expectations. They also did a great job coordinating the different works and ensured everything was completed smoothly and within the agreed timeline. Even after the project was completed, Colin and Brandon continued to be helpful and responsive whenever I needed minor touch-ups or had questions. That level of after-service really made a difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the entire experience—from design to execution. Working with Colin and Brandon made the renovation process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional IDS.

I was recommended to Phyllis and Joey for a minor renovation in conjunction with an upcoming HIP project. I was thoroughly impressed by their practicality and honesty; they provided genuine advice on my ideas rather than just trying to increase the project cost. Their quotation was transparent and highly detailed, ensuring there were no 'price shocks.' While not the absolute cheapest, their pricing is very fair for the quality provided. Even though we eventually decided on a smaller scope of work, they still took on the project with total professionalism. Their communication was prompt and reliable, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

After meeting with about 10 different IDs, we decided to entrust Wilfred with our home reno because of his earnestness, design acumen and openness to feedback. We were looking out for someone who can value-add and listen to our ideas at the same time. We were also thankful to have Simon on board this project as our Project Manager. He's quick to solve the hiccups that came along the project and offered to liaise with all our vendors. Overall, we are happy with the reno process, the workmanship and accountability. We're happy to have more eyes on the project - it seems pretty rare to have an additional PM on the project. It's important to have sincere people with great attitude in a project like a home reno. The reno cost stayed more or less within our budget, even with VOs. Highly recommend Forefront Interior to anyone looking to renovate their homes!

Super Thankful n Grateful to sign up my renovation with S&R interior On our first home! We are glad to met Don as our ID. First meet up already knew his the one! Super friendly, and cool, very dedicated and passion to his work! He knew what we were looking at, with his skill set he did a impressive job on space planning and contrast towards the right directions for our home, everything was kept within our budget wise! He’s 24/7 contactable and provides us every progress updates with photo and videos throughout the renovation. After all discussions are done, they will map every little details into the VR tour you sure get a feel of your dream home how’s it gonna be! Along the way spot a few issues but Don surely resolved them and give good suggestions along the way! Thank you for making our renovation journey such a smooth one.
