Recently completed my first home renovation project with Le Interior Affairs. Among all the proposals and advice I received, I chose to put my faith in Jeffery Ng from Le Interior Affairs to complete my virgin project. He explained the finer points of his design to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward, his ideas and final proposal stood out from the others. He is one those vintage old school ID that are hard to come by in today's market. Do not mistake old school for unfancy, dull designs. What I meant to say is that he has a strong foundation in the renovation sector and is highly skilled in multiple trending designs. How many IDs are able to quickly come up with a hand-drawn sketch of a design in a moment notice? There are moments where I felt fretted over minor things. However, Jeffery remained patient and professional with me throughout, he was always able to find a solution! Simply let him work his magic and don't worry. ;) Looking back at the whole renovation process, I'm grateful I engaged his services. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who is considering to carry out their renovations. We engaged 7 Sense Studio for a full home renovation in Singapore and are very pleased with the overall experience. The renovation took about 8 weeks (mid-May to late July) and covered extensive works including hacking, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, painting, and finishing. Despite the complexity and multiple trades involved, the project was completed within the agreed timeline. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Our Senior Designer, Liang Wei, was exceptional. He was responsive, patient, flexible with our design changes, and consistently offered practical solutions that suited our needs and budget. Communication was always clear and reassuring throughout the process. Site supervision and coordination among various vendors were well managed, giving us confidence in the workmanship and execution. Budget-wise, costs remained largely within expectations, with transparent explanations for any variations. Overall, 7th Sense Studio, and especially Liang Wei, provided a professional and stress-free renovation experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable interior design firm in Singapore.

As the designer who handled this renovation project, I would like to provide some additional context for prospective homeowners who may be reading the alleged review below. The renovation works for this project were carried out based on the signed quotation, approved variation orders, and design drawings/3D renders that were reviewed and signed off prior to fabrication and installation. Any additional works or changes requested during the renovation process were documented and agreed upon before proceeding. Some of the photos shared in another review appear to have been taken during the renovation period while works were still ongoing. During that time, the homeowners had chosen to continue staying in the unit while renovation was in progress, which naturally meant materials, tools, and work areas were temporarily present on site before final completion and cleaning. For transparency, I will share some picture showing the completed condition of the renovation after the main works were finished so prospective homeowners can have a clearer understanding of the final outcome of the project. The firm has also been operating in the industry for over 8 years, and many previous homeowners whom I have worked with have shared positive feedback about their renovation experience. As with any service industry, not every project proceeds perfectly, but all works for this project were carried out according to the latest approved drawings and confirmations. We recently completed the renovation of our new home and would like to sincerely thank our designer Joan and her assistant Elaine for their professionalism, patience, and hard work throughout the journey. As first-time homeowners, we had little knowledge about renovation, but Joan patiently guided us step by step, explaining everything clearly. She also helped us choose tiles, laminates, and colours that matched our home. She was mindful of our budget and shared tips to help us save costs. Jeffrey has reversed my impression of ID in the market. He is responsive, helpful and responsible, unlike past ID i encountered who even could halt renov mid way! This year, I finally managed to collect the keys to my BTO, and I decided to approach Flipstone Studio for the design of my new home. I would like to thank designer Nadia for making my house feel warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I was very impressed by the final outcome, as everything turned out even better than I expected. Throughout the whole process, Nadia was always responsive and patient, making sure to listen to what I wanted and also considering my family’s needs. She was quick to reply to messages and always tried her best to adjust the design according to our requests. Even when we had small changes or new ideas, she handled them professionally and gave helpful suggestions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with Flipstone Studio, and I’m really happy with how my home turned out. My search for an interior designer began in June 2025 while my flat purchase was still in progress. During that time, I met and filtered through more than 10 IDs before finally deciding on Annie from Ovon Design in September 2025. What stood out about Annie was her consistent yet non-forceful follow-up throughout those months. She remained patient, professional, and supportive while I was still evaluating my options, which left a very positive impression on me From the start of the project, Annie showed great initiative in helping me solve renovation challenges and was always proactive in proposing practical solutions that worked for my space and budget. Throughout the renovation, Annie proved herself to be reliable and responsible. She consistently followed up on the renovation progress, kept me informed of the work status, and ensured that everything stayed on track. Her coordination with her renovation team was excellent, and it was clear she managed the project professionally from start to finish. Overall, she delivered the renovation on time and made the entire process smooth and reassuring for me. We chose to go with Wilfred from Forefront Interior because he was patient and took his time to explain the renovation process to us. He wasn't hard selling. He was friendly and open to answering our questions before we we decide to engaged with Forefront. During the process, he shared his own ideas for the design of our house while remaining open and receptive to our ideas and wants. Design was cater to our lifestyle. Quotation given was close to our budget, adjustments were made and we manage to keep it below the initiate quotation. During the renovation process, Wilfred kept himself available as well for us to ask questions on furniture choices. There were delays but the end product turn out well. Issue occurred during the renovation was answered promptly and solutions were brought up by Wilfred. Dates were scheduled to fix the issues. Craftsmanship of the final product was good and we are ultimately satisfied with Forefront Interior's job with our house.
