Highly Recommended – Great Experience with Randy from Supreme Houzz After visiting and speaking with a few interior designers, I decided to go with Randy from Supreme Houzz, and I’m really glad I made that choice. From the beginning, Randy was approachable, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to understand what I wanted. The 5-year workmanship warranty also gave me additional peace of mind when making my decision. My renovation covered mainly the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, and the entire process went very smoothly. The renovation started on 10 June and was handed over by 1 August, which meant everything was completed in less than two months. I was very happy with how efficiently the project was managed. Of course, like any renovation project, there were some issues along the way. What impressed me was how quickly Randy responded whenever something came up. He was always responsive, addressed the issues promptly, and provided practical solutions rather than leaving me to figure things out myself. Randy also gave me practical advice throughout the renovation and was always willing to accommodate my requests where possible. I really appreciated his hands-on approach and commitment to making sure things were done properly. Overall, it was a very good experience working with Randy and the team at Supreme Houzz. I’m very happy with the final result and the way the entire renovation was handled. I am beyond furious, disgusted, and completely fed up with this company. This entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I have NEVER dealt with a service provider as irresponsible, dishonest, and utterly incompetent as this one. From start to finish, they have done nothing but lie, delay, disappear, and throw empty promises at me. 1. They NEVER keep their promises. Every promise is just another lie. They say they will settle the issue, they say they will come, they say they will follow up — but NONE of it ever happens. 2. Their appointments are FAKE. They keep giving me dates and times, and I shift my entire schedule just to accommodate them. I adjust my plans, keep myself free, and wait at home — and they STILL don’t show up. No early notice. No last-minute update. Nothing. What kind of rubbish service is this, where the CLIENT has to rearrange everything, but the company can’t even have the decency to turn up? 3. They always blame “another client.” Every time they fail to appear, it’s the same excuse: “Got issue with another customer.” This is beyond unprofessional. If you cannot manage your schedule, don’t give appointments you can’t keep. 4. Zero communication — they ignore messages and calls. I get no replies, no callbacks, no follow-ups. I have to keep chasing them like I’m begging for something. They simply don’t care. 5. They clearly don’t prioritise me at all. They make it obvious that other customers come first, and I’m treated like I’m not important. Even after paying them, I get pushed aside repeatedly. Total disrespect. And to top it all off, their worker DAMAGED my bed frame, and until now, they have refused to take responsibility or fix it. No apology, no solution — absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. They wasted my time, my money, and my peace of mind. My warning to everyone: Stay FAR away from this company. They don’t keep promises. They don’t show up. They don’t reply. They don’t care. They only know how to give excuses and lie. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

From the very beginning, Richelle was incredibly patient, accommodating and proactive. We had a number of requests (and quite a few changes along the way), but she never made us feel like we were being difficult. Instead she would take the time to listen, think through the options, and come back with practical solutions. Even when issues cropped up during the renovation, she didn’t disappear or make excuses. She owned the problem, coordinated with the relevant contractors, and followed through until things were resolved. That gave us a lot of confidence throughout the project. Richelle also genuinely cares about her clients. You can tell she isn’t just trying to complete another project and move on. She wants you to be happy with your home, and that shows in the amount of effort she puts into even the smaller details. Of course, no renovation is ever completely smooth, but having someone like Richelle made the entire experience alot less stressful. She is someone we can trust and that’s probably the biggest compliment we can give. Thank you again Richelle for your hard work, patience and dedication. Nurul has been very responsive and quick right from the start. Reno work started mid June 2026 and it was completed by mid July 2026 - which we have not seen any ID able to complete this efficiently. Her communication skill is impeccable - theres no questions left unanswered and she replies within minutes. As a result, her planning, work and management was top notch and we will definitely recommend her to family and friends for any reno works!
