I had a very disappointing experience with this renovation contractor. Throughout the project, he repeatedly failed to keep his promises and continuously gave false deadlines, causing significant delays to my renovation. At one point, my house was left completely empty for three weeks with no workers on site and no progress made. Despite collecting almost 90% of the payment, the renovation was not even 50% completed. He also promised to bear half of my STORHUB storage fees due to the delay but eventually refused to honour his commitment. When I requested a refund, he refused, claiming that he had already paid deposits to his workers and that they were busy with other projects. After collecting our 90% payment, we can see a delay in his response and replies to us. He started to give late replies or ignore us. The lack of accountability, poor project management, and broken promises caused my family a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I hope future homeowners exercise caution and ensure they have proper payment schedules and written commitments before engaging other contractors. Most importantly, do not engage this contractor.

It was a pleasant 1st discussion meeting on 13/12/2025. We have been following up with Alexa regarding the revised quotation for many times, but she always has reason for the delaying until the end she no more reply. 1st follow up on 8/1/2026, 8.06am- She replied on 9/1/2026, 12.01pm saying that she was oversea & will update me on Monday. 2nd follow up on 13/1/2026, 9.45am- No respond from her 3rd follow up on 15/1/2026, 9.39am- She replied on 17/1/2026, 1.28pm saying that she was in hospitalized from food poisoning & will revert us ASAP. 4th follow up on 30/1/2026, 8.46am- She replied on 31/1/2026, 3.02pm saying that she caught the viral flu after her hospitalized. She said she was rushing all her backlog & will revert to us ASAP. 5th follow up on 23/2/2026, 9.27am- No respond from anymore

We’ve had a great experience with ✨ Natalie ✨ . Her professionalism, ownership and calmness throughout the process was exceptional. She takes tremendous care in building our home, almost as though it were her own, and never takes shortcuts. She often catches details that we completely miss during our site visits - e.g. she noticed that our door 🚪 knobs were installed too high and took the initiative to send them back for correction. We didn’t even notice it! This type of ID where to find 🤣 When one of our chosen dark wood laminates went out of stock, instead of taking the easy route and simply suggesting an alternative, she guided us through the matching process again, considering our other laminate, wall and floor colours. 🌈 There’s also a lot of behind-the-scenes work — measurements, material selection, proposals and coordinating with different vendors — and she took the bulk of that off our shoulders. Her design taste is excellent as well, and we’ve never had an instance where we second-guessed her recommendations. 💪 We’re approaching the end of this “not so straightforward” reno and are happy with seeing our dream home come to life. ❤️ Seriously dont look any further if you want a great experience for your reno!

Connected with Cedric from Elite Boss through Qanvast. From the first day we hit off due to his confident yet warm personality which was what finalise my decision to proceed with his services. I would consider my "business" is relatively small compared to other projects but he made no compromises and made sure to give me his fullest attention and ensure quality of work. Even when I was unsure with what I wanted or when there were changes in direction due to new info, he was always very patient and informative in providing insights to help me make an informed decision. I was also very pleased with the project management as I was always updated on the work planned and it's completion without my asking. Highly recommended ID, you would be very lucky to hire him as your designer

Cheryl from Key Concept made our first home renovation journey such a smooth and AMAZING experience! 🥰🏡 As first-time homeowners, we met with more than 10 IDs before ultimately choosing Cheryl, and we’re so glad we did! 1. Thoughtful & detail-oriented ❤️ Cheryl is extremely thoughtful and attentive to the little details. She remembered things like our key collection date and was always quick to respond. During the renovation, she was also very hands-on and made sure things were properly coordinated. When unexpected issues came up, such as our boba light affecting the carpentry door, she was quick to rectify and find practical solutions. Even after renovation, she continued helping us check for defects. 2. Great eye for practicality and design 🎨 We didn’t have a very clear design concept and were also working with a tight budget, but Cheryl suggested ideas that we absolutely loved while keeping within our budget. from the foyer glass block feature wall to our curved display area. She also incorporated our favourite colour, blue, into our master bedroom toilet beautifully. 💙 We relied on her design sense especially when purchasing our appliances and stuff from Taobao. 3. Responsive & responsible 👍🏻 Cheryl coordinated very well with her carpenters, electricians and workers, and you can tell she has a good and respectful relationship with them. This made rectifications much easier and they were usually attended to quickly. Even when there were minor issues, Cheryl was always quick to resolve them. Overall, we highly recommend Cheryl! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She’s not only a great ID, but also friendly, enthusiastic and genuinely cares about her homeowners. She really goes above and beyond what you would expect from an ID. As first-time homeowners, having Cheryl guide us through the renovation gave us so much peace of mind. We’re very happy with how our first home turned out and are so grateful to have had Cheryl on this journey with us! 🥰💙

Overall we are satisfied with the way how our home turned out thanks to Kwang Boon from cloud creation. Timeline met. Designs achieved according to our expectations. Thankfully only minor improvements needed. Kwang boon was always around for delivery and all timely updates given thoughtful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to all. Very open during discussions and transparent. Able to give and take most importantly

We engaged Craftmakers Interior Design for our HDB resale renovation and couldn’t be happier with the results (Modern Minimalist). Vaness provided daily updates, keeping us in the loop so we never had to chase for progress. His accurate measurements meant no unnecessary reworks on site. Plus, they completed the project and handed over the keys ahead of schedule! Professional, reliable, and recommended.

We had the pleasure of getting connected with Phyllis after putting up our renovations plans in as an enquiry. She has been such a great help throughout our renovation journey - both in terms of her commitment to her work, the amount of ideas and dialogue she has with us to really understand our vision, and executing within our budget. We were first impressed by the extent of the preparation during our first meeting, in terms of the mood-board and material selection to fit into our design vision which was more of a brutalist-esque look. Beyond the more stylistic side of things, the one thing we truly appreciate the most about working with Phyllis is her genuineness in partnering with us. She was always very candid and honest about the different options and their consequent costs so we are well informed on the choices & investments we are making. She will also share with us the pros and cons of different design solutions that she put forth, so we’re always kept in the know and feel comfortable that we made an informed decision whenever it is tasked to us. You can also rest assured if you work with Phyllis that she is perpetually contactable and managing your site. We were pleasantly surprised with how well she managed the project and how on top of things she always was, even making sure she was in contact with the team onsite even during her own travels, and her own birthday celebrations even. Even the tiniest of defects, or the randomest question from us gets attended to so quickly. The utmost dedication to our project from her really put our minds at ease throughout the entire renovation process. From measurements to color matching, from material selection to suggestions on furniture and appliances dimensions, down to even giving design suggestions for our place to fit our lifestyles, Phyllis has been a critical part in making this entire renovation process much more stress-free than we had initially expected. We truly appreciate working with her, and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone else looking for an interior designer with a great eye for design, utmost commitment to her projects, and exceptional project management skills!

We engaged Janice from Keyconcept for our home renovation and had a very pleasant experience from the initial discussions all the way to handover. Janice stood out to us because she was very responsive, efficient and, most importantly, not pushy. She took the time to understand what we envisioned for our home instead of trying to steer us towards something completely different. She was able to translate our ideas into the actual design while also providing practical suggestions along the way. Communication throughout the renovation was smooth. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, Janice replied quickly and addressed matters efficiently. The whole project was well coordinated, and we did not encounter any major unpleasant experiences during the renovation. Another highlight was the timeline. The work progressed very quickly and efficiently, and our home was actually handed over earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Janice and Keyconcept. She made what could have been a stressful renovation process feel straightforward and manageable. We would highly recommend her to homeowners who want an ID who listens, communicates well, works efficiently and is able to bring their vision to life.

Really happy with the renovation done by Cloud Creation, with Eugene handling our project. Eugene was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He listened to our ideas, explained things clearly and was responsive whenever we had questions. We also appreciated that he kept us updated instead of leaving us wondering what was happening. It made the renovation process feel much less stressful. Overall, we are very happy with our renovated home. The renovation process was a very pleasant and smooth experience from start to finish.
