Located in Tengah’s Park district – the ‘hub and heart’ of Tengah – here’s what soon-to-be residents (and kaypohs) can expect in the years to come:
- Future MRT station and bus interchange within close proximity
- Walking distance to Tengah’s “car-free” Town Centre
- Polyclinic estimated to be completed by 2026
- Recreational activities and nature at your doorstep
While there are still about 5 months until Parc Glen and Parc Clover are completed, don’t dally for your renovation – you’ll thank yourself for planning early and reaching out to interior designers.
To help you out with the ideating, we got the help of six professional interior firms to share 3D mock-ups for 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-room flats at these two estates. Trust us, you don’t want to miss these!
For a 2-room flexi BTO at Parc Clover/Parc Glen:
A warm, cosy interior with privacy features

Scandinavian interiors remain a classic, as Charlotte’s Carpentry proves with these 3D renders of a 2-room flat at Parc Clover (also applicable for flats at Parc Glen). With clean lines, warm neutrals and an open-concept communal space, this home looks extra cosy and inviting.
The peninsula extending from the dining table eliminates the need for a separate dining space and provides extra countertop space too.
The half-wall fluted panel feature is a simple but effective way to add visual interest to the living area
Flats at Parc Clover come with a recessed niche right next to the bedroom windows – perfect for a compact wardrobe or study nook with an overhead shelf or two, as you can see here.
Since the niche here was used for a study, you might be wondering where the wardrobe is…
While a rather unconventional choice, it’s right here in the suggested dining space. The original entrance is closed off and connects to the master bedroom instead.
This gives you privacy to change if you and your spouse have different working hours and don’t want to disturb each other while getting ready.
In the bathroom, the floating vanity cabinet with its open shelf design helps make the bathroom feel more airy while the small, square wall tiles at the shower visually demarcate the wet and dry areas.
For a 3-room BTO at Parc Glen/Parc Clover:
A modern farmhouse concept with minimal layout changes

Rustic charm meets contemporary delights in this 3-room BTO render by Dan Avenue where a mix of neutrals accented by dark wood tones and detailings like wainscoting call to mind the modern farmhouse concept.
The herringbone flooring is also reminiscent of traditional farmhouses.
For DINKs who are considering children in the future, you might want to keep the bedrooms intact like in this layout, in case you need to convert your second bedroom into a nursery.
At the entrance, just past the tiled foyer, there’s a mini-vanity for any last-minute fit checks and to slip on/off shoes.
For those who cook often, you can consider closing off your kitchen like so to keep the cooking fumes in.
To keep with the theme, the bottom and top-hung cabinets have shaker-style trimmings while the veined sintered stone backsplash adds a contemporary twist to the space.

A soothing home balancing function and aesthetic

For families with older kids and/or teens, this render of a Japandi-themed 4-room BTO by Butler Interior might be just the inspiration you need.
There’s much to love about the emphasis on simplicity and functionality, and the mix of light wood and cream tones.
The airy design of the living room encourages family bonding, complete with a low platform by the windows for a zen corner to enjoy tea.

The Japanese elements come through in how the furniture around the home is largely low-profile to create a connection with the floor. The bedroom is no exception, with a platform bed and slatted panels for the bedhead.
The floor-to-ceiling wardrobes make the space feel a lot bigger too, and there’s a storage cabinet fitted in the space abutting the window.
The junior bedroom sports a similar layout, except the recessed niche is done up with a study desk instead.

A luxe hotel suite with pet-friendly features

If turning your home into a hotel suite is all you’ve ever dreamed of, you’ll love this 3D render of a 4-room BTO by Project J Studio.
The sophisticated palette of browns and greys, complemented by the metallic accents and bold lighting choices, might even trick you into thinking this is a condo.
The highlight, however, is the pet wash and feeding station by the entrance to the kitchen. This area is for the dedicated paw-rents who would appreciate having a corner just for pampering your furbabies.
However, there may be certain restrictions extending water piping from your kitchen into the living area, so be sure to discuss it with your ID for specifics.
If you and your spouse don’t see yourself needing the junior bedrooms, you could even convert one of them to the dining area for a bigger communal area for hosting.
Need more seating? Complete the space with window seating for a faux bay window.
Glass doors let light into the kitchen for a more open feeling
The second junior bedroom is remodelled into a simple study in this render, with side-by-side desks and storage cabinets overhead with a classy brass accent.
The space here is reduced to enlarge the master bedroom, which has a walk-in wardrobe separated from the sleeping area by a tinted partition – hotel-style – and a vanity for dressing up.

For a 5-room BTO at Parc Glen:
A modern space for a big family, with a blend of private and social spaces

Blending contemporary design with traditional Eastern aesthetics, Loft.9 Design Studio’s proposed design is great for a multi-generational family that values both bonding and private time.
Looking at the junior bedrooms in the floorplan, you can see that one has a study set-up and a wardrobe (great for kids!), while the other has a bedroom with a TV set-up.
If you’re staying with elderly parents, they can retreat to this room to enjoy their own entertainment while the kids occupy the living room.
The suspended shelf by the TV feature wall creates a neat nook for a robot vacuum
Earthy tones set on a white canvas create a soothing and open atmosphere while natural textures like wood and rattan add an organic touch to the space.
This little section by the windows stands out in particular: it’s demarcated as a ‘balcony’ where you and your family members can enjoy a light-hearted conversation and drinks, or just have some alone time.
Considering how actual balconies are hard to come by in BTO flats, we’d say this is a brilliant idea to still have one in your home!

Since the suggested study space in this flat type is close to the master bedroom, you could combine the two areas and shift the position of the master bedroom door. This way – as proposed in this render – you get to keep it within the bedroom, but separate from the sleeping area.

Wabi-sabi vibes and a spacious communal area for hosting

Love hosting your big family, or lots of friends? Be bold and daring with your layout, just like Ethereall was with their proposed render. To level it up, they went with a contemporary interior that is heavily inspired by the wabi-sabi concept that’s all the rage now.
The living room is filled with organic textures and materials, from limewash walls to the rounded sofa and the TV console that curves along the corners to soften the lines in the space.
Right behind it, the two-tiered island is a sophisticated addition for both food prep and dining. We know we’d love having people over if our home looked like this!
For added function, the higher tier has plenty of storage cabinets so you can store appliances and serveware/dinnerware here without having to go to the kitchen.
The kitchen is a simple, open space with few countertops – a space-saving tip to consider if you don’t cook often.
The master bedroom, meanwhile, was combined with the adjacent junior bedroom for a wow-worthy space that has a suspended settee by the window.
This emphasis on keeping spaces as open as possible helps to make the bedroom feel even bigger.
This still leaves you with a spare room. For this particular render, the spare room was designed with an older child in mind; there’s a study table tucked into space by the windows, and a wardrobe with shelves at the side for hanging up bags and storing small items.
