This is my second home renovation experience and after meeting with several IDs, I have decided to engage Ark-hitecture, for the fact they are professional, practical and offered me a very reasonable price quote. I am very satisfied to have worked with Mariann. Her involvement began since the initial stage of renovation from defect checked, onsite discussion, 3D drawings, choosing of materials , meeting contractor, shopping for furniture to the final completion. Throughout the renovation, she will always provide rapid response and clear explanation to our queries. When there were minor changes, she will quickly advice and resolve the issues either by rectifying them to achieve the original plan or coming out a next best alternative. There was no unpleasant surprise and dispute during the renovation process, everything were discussed and agreed beforehand. We are happy with the workmanship which is reasonable high quality especially on carpentry and tiling works. Thanks to the teams, the whole renovation process had become so hassle-free and worries-free for us.
