Our friends who were also looking for an ID have shortlisted Elpis and that was when we decided to meet up with Elpis. Jason Lee was our assigned ID and we were very happy with what he has to offer. He was the only one who made us feel like he took the time to digest what we wanted after our first meeting with a simple digital drawing. Because of that, we could visualize what our house could look like. Proposed Design Jason was never pushy and he listened to our needs and concern. The design was a balance of practical and aesthetics needs based on our budget. His inputs were valuable to us as a first time home owner. He proposed non-cookie clutter design for us (a curved entry storage, curved glass frame that separates the bedroom from the living room and a beautiful wardrobe). He is open to ideas (curved flooring and curved wall paint and a custom made dining table) and accepted challenges along the way. Responsive and responsible Given the busy schedule of an ID, he replies as quickly as he can. Even at times when we video call him for advice, he would always help. When rectifications were needed, Jason ensured that it was done. He also accompanied us for lighting shopping when we asked. Timeline Given the covid situation at that time, Jason tries to adhere to the proposed timeline as much as possible. He does not overpromise. Overall, we had great chemistry with him and the workmanship from Elpis was good. We are satisfied customers!
