We had a good experience engaging Deonna as our ID. She was patient and understanding in listening to our preferences of styles and colours. During the process, Deonna professionally suggested suitable options when we went for tile selection and for carpentry works to match the inital tiles and carpentry given for our BTO. We were rest assured during the process with her frequent photo updates and timeline. Thank you Deonna for making our first home e smooth and enjoyable!

We engaged Ethereall for the renovation of our first home, and we were assigned to Jamie as our designer. She went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Communication with her was prompt and she always replied in a timely fashion, even at odd hours when I texted her with my endless questions. Our kitchen was a real headache to configure with all our appliance requirements. Jamie readily provided many configuration options, with visuals, pointing out the pros & cons of each alternative as well and that helped us immensely! The contractors that Ethereall partners with are of great standard as well, and we have to shout out the excellent tiling work as well. There were very little issues and hiccups during the renovation, and where there was issues, Jamie took full ownership of the problem to ensure quick fixes to our satisfaction. Jamie’s help extended beyond the completion of our home as well. 3 months after key handover, she promptly arranged for the contractors to rectify minor defects that we discovered. In summary, we have no regrets engaging Ethereall and highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for a great and reliable ID. Huge thank you to Jamie & Hace for making our dream home come true!!

I am soooo happy with the outcome. Jaime’s service was outstanding too! She was very attentive, kind and super professional. She patiently explained every single details to me (ps i got alot of questions) cos is my first time renovating. Most importantly is she can help me and my husband visualise using the 3d software. I had a great time decorating my home along with her too. I highly recommend Ethereall, they are the best!!!
