This is the second time we engaged FSI for our home renovation. Had a very good experience working with them for our first home, and when we got our next home, without any doubts, we engaged FSI again. FSI team listens to your needs, provides so much assurance and peace of mind throughout the whole renovation process. Wonderful project management - the team handled the whole renovation process efficiently, manage the schedules with the various contractors and suppliers and provide us with constant progress updates. We hardly need to go down to the site to check on the progress. Prompt and patient - they were responsive in their replies to our queries or any requests that we have. We had made quite a number of changes during the design stage, they were very patient in listening to us and tried to incorporate our feedback into the design. At the same time, they provided us with their advice and recommendations. Though FSI’s fees are on the higher side, you will be assured of quality, customer satisfaction and a peace of mind - from the start till end. Overall, we are very satisfied with our renovation. If you are looking for ID to renovate your home, we would highly recommend FSI! It was through my daughter's renovation that we knew about FSI. The discussion with Leon and Brandon was very engaging. They were able to understand most of our requirements and we felt very comfortable working with the team. But upon receiving FSI's quotation, we honestly felt it was on the high side. But after in depth understanding of the renovation process, we believe what we are we paying for is for quality and reliability. I guess eventuallly no matter how we compare, we would still find prices 'too high' as a consumer, even if the price is below market rates. We decided not to risk and pay a bit more for accountability and quality works, and the after sales service. The renovation experience was very smooth sailing, of course with some minor hiccups here and there. And most importantly was the managing of the timeline, which was very important for us to plan our moving dates. Communications on the project schedule was very clear. Although there were some slight delays, but the FSI Team managed the situation very well and allowed us to moved in within our expected dates. Overall we were very satisfied with the working experience with Leon and Brandon. And the price we paid really saved us the unnecessary worrries. And on a personal note, taking responsibility on the entire project is one of my utmost concerns. But we are very happy that FSI has fulfilled this task.

Much thanks to Leon and Perlinda for helping us create our dream home! Leon provided great suggestions to our house layout, helping us optimize the space usage while also improving the aesthetics. He communicated his ideas and concerns clearly, and was very patient with our many changes in requests. He responds promptly to queries and is easily contactable, even after renovation is completed. Perlinda was also a great help to our renovation journey. She coordinated the schedules of the contractors to ensure timely completion of the renovation, and was often personally on-site to oversee the progress. We are very satisfied with the quality of workmanship provided in our house. Would definitely engage them again in the future if I have a renovation project!
