Punggol Way (Block 316)

Its officially a bromance! :) I highly recommend Hygge Design and Rex/Jon. The two gentlemen were utter professionals and kept to their commitments, often exceeding expectations. They even managed to deliver the completed project a whole month ahead of schedule, despite these difficult pandemic times. From our first meeting, throughout the entire design/selection process, and final renovation, Rex/Jon were always well-prepared, patient, and consultative. They prepared meticulously before each meeting, putting much thought into each design proposal and suggestion, and patiently provided additional revisions and countless alternatives due to my own indecisiveness. In short, I was blocker to their brilliance! :p Working together with a professional team was a dream come true, and they made the entire journey smooth and seamless. Their amazing attention to detail, total transparency, and clever designs made my first home a forever home. I couldn't have possibly navigated this entire journey as a newbie without their kind, generous, and patient guidance. Never once did they take advantage of my lack of experience/knowledge, nor did they betray the absolute trust I have in them. Even after the project was completed, Rex/Jon constantly checked on how the move-in was proceeding, and if I needed any assistance. Any rectifications were resolved almost immediately without issue, and they provided several additional repairs and touch-ups beyond their responsibility at no cost. I was truly embarrassed that Rex/Jon personally attended to many of these minor matters and supervised the entire process while I was out-of-country. To highlight their dedication to service, they helped me with a troublesome neighbor and a baseless complaint. Selflessly shielding me from unpleasant encounters, and standing in-between to ease tensions and soothe nerves, without having to do so at all. I am deeply grateful for their kindness and sacrifice. I have only one complaint about these two fine gentlemen, and it was that they were too nice and accommodating. I should've listened to them when they suggested multiple times at several junctures to plaster the entire house for consistency and cohesion, but alas, my stinginess and fickle-mindedness made me choose otherwise. I can only blame myself for this silliness. :/ If I could offer any advice, it would be to listen to the professionals and follow their guidance. It is not about the money, they truly want what is best for you and your home. In closing, it was an absolute joy to work with these two fine gentlemen, and they were always well-prepared, professional, and polite at our every encounter. Kudos to you, good Sirs! :)
