Kristie and Siling are truly Godsend reno angels. I cannot imagine going through my reno journey without them! I first DM-ed lead designer Kristie after having seen her work on Instagram. And while I came super prepared for my first meeting, Kristie was able to quickly understand the essence of my vision and built upon it into a design that far exceeded my expectations. The reno journey that followed up after was nothing short of amazing. It was smooth, and I like how collaborative they are throughout the whole process. Both Kristie and Siling listened attentively, had ‘no air’ to them and was never dismissive when I raised something up. And when something needs to be rectified, they gave no excuses and immediately did it. And I think what stood out especially for me was that they truly put their heart and soul into what they do and I always knew that I can entrust them with my house, and indeed they delivered far beyond my expectations! Here’s a dedicated shoutout to: 1. Kristie, the ‘quiet-confident’ lead designer who is super knowledgeable and experienced, knowing everything on her fingertips! One can surely feel assured if she was managing your project. She is one who really puts her client’s interest first but yet knows how to value-add and collaborate making the reno journey super pleasant! I also remember once briefly mentioning to her in passing after hacking that the windows have caught up a lot of dust. Next thing I know, she came down with a toothbrush to personally scrape out the dust in the windows. These small little things are what makes her truly world class! Not to mention her impeccable sense of taste in interior design and styling. 2. Siling, the super diligent designer who really goes above and beyond to ensure that problems will be solved, and timelines are managed adequately. More importantly, she really knows how to manage the contractors super well, having seen her manage some of my ‘tough asks’ and when it comes to rectification works. I will also forever remember how she went beyond the call of duty to help me unpack my things seeing how I was struggling to do it alone. It was a gesture that is not unnoticeable, in fact I truly feel what makes her stand out as an amazing designer that one would want to manage your Reno. 3. And to the rest of the Lemonfridge team that was assembled for my project, electricians, carpenters, painters, I truly wanted to commend on the great workmanship, and for also going above and beyond, having met most of them throughout the Reno journey, to simply deliver above expectations. You guys are a class act! Keep up the good work and continue making a difference to people’s homes!
