Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the ID Daniel and Amanda. Overall, long story short, I find them very unprofessional, both in terms of knowledge and customer handling. There were lack of initiative and communication. They were not meticulous enough and there were a lot of mistakes on my project. Yet, they like to say “no point argue who’s right who’s wrong. “ but u think it’s basic courtesy and integrity which they hav neither, to even own up to their mistakes. Although they were willing to rectify it, it was at the expanse of our time. Juz to give an idea, the cabinet base gonna redo 3 times, the vinyl flooring leveling need to do again, the tiles at my foyer area redo, carpentry come wrong dimension need remake hence delay again, cleaning incomplete hence need come and do again when I shifted in. Many times I had to be the one chasing them for updates. If you decided to go for ID cos u wanted to hav a peace of mind, I would not recommend them.
