We got acquainted with Todz 'Terior Pte Ltd thorugh a recommendation from a family member who have had very good reviews about the company. We were skeptical given that its a young company but given the good words, we decided to ask for a quote for interior design and renovation. A couple of days later, we got a call from Bryan Ng. He was cordial and registered our design preference; was not too pushy and proposed that we hear him out. We met that weekend. Bryan impressed us at first meeting. He was ready with a mind map of photos of the different segments of our house and for each had a well thought through idea. This was the first time we have had anyone with a mind map of photos ready and complete with a preliminary design for our house. The effort Bryan took deserves a applaud. It also turned our that Bryan's quotation was very reasonable compared to the other quotations we received. Further, Bryan's responsiveness and galore of ideas that fit our lifestyle nudged us to engage Bryan to be our ID for our landed property. Throughout the few months of renovation, Bryan listened to our needs, accommodative to our request for changes, and most importantly remainee responsive. He always placed our interest before the company's interest. At times, Bryan also reminded us of the practicality of the design and even stopped us from picking excessive and exorbitant ideas though it would benefited him in terms of commission. Bryan was sincere and genuine throughout. He gave us regular updates and finished our renovation in excellent order before the planned completion timeline. Bryan's after service is excellent too. Even today, Bryan remains responsive to our messages and rectified minor issues quickly and thoroughly. Though we went to other ID firms, we decided to choose Todz'Terior. Todz'Terior has many portfolios of past projects and we liked the most. With the tight budget and stipulated time frame Bryan Ng our Interior designer from Todz'Terior gave us hope in the first meeting also Bryan was quick to respond to my inquiry and he brings the quotation and explained in detail. Moreover he was able to listen and understand our needs and executed well throughout the project. Bryan is always prompt in replying our messages and update us the works.
