We got to know Alan thru Qanvast event. After comparing about 20 IDs, Alan was the last ID we checked it out. Thereafter, we shortlisted 3 of them and he is the one being awarded the project. We would say its fate, as Alan's sincerity, his ability to "click" with my wife and the proposed 3D after giving him our floor plan eventually won us over and decided to engage him. His proposal were practical and we liked the makeup table with storages he came out with. Most of us know that during Covid period, renovations will definitely be affected but Alan ensured that this will not affect them. While we were waiting for our keys, Alan on and off checked us out from time to time asking us to stay safe and asking if the 3D needs any changes. This assured us that he is still here and did not MIA. To be honest, pricing wise as compare to others, he wasn’t the cheapest and average. His was slightly more expensive than other IDs. But we certainly believe we will receive high quality, workmanship and good after sales service. During the renovation process, there are some miscommunications along the way. However, he did rectify the problems. Overall we are happy and glad that we have went ahead and engage his service. Alan manage his contractors well. His team was nice and helpful. Even though handover is completed, he still check us out if everything is well. Alan is also very responsive no matter what time of the day. Keep up the good work Alan. We also developed a friendship with him. Thank you once again.. (:
