We had an awesome experience working with Dennis and Jevon renovating our home! From the beginning, their creativity, expertise, professionalism, as well as a sense of humor stood out which convinced us that we made the right choice! Throughout the project, they listened to our vision and requirements, and offered insightful suggestions to bring our ideas to life. They also made sure the contractors can deliver on time with high quality. Moreover, they followed up closely on any unexpected issues during the renovation process and resolved them responsibly and promptly. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we have been enjoying living in our lovely home now. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented, reliable, and professional interior designers.

Renovation, regardless big or small projects required much work from planning, sourcing, contacts, permits and many more. Therefore getting a reliable Renovation company is critical. The ID played a critical role and in my case I am so fortunate to have Kenthy from Flo Design. He is very patient in listening to my requirements and gave suggestions. He coordinated all the contractors and ensured the progress and the timeline in check. The challenges in the midst of renovation and how Kenthy able to resolve the issues promptly. I am truly satisfied with the final outcome. The quality, the speed, the trust and respects are the contributing success choosing Flo Design.

The reno journey was pretty smooth, although there were hiccups along the way, which was expected in this day and age. Jacky managed to capture some of the ideas we wanted for our new place, which due to its smaller size, required a smart design with ample storage space. Although eventually it turned out modern, rather than mid-modern, I think the functionality took precedence over the aesthetics, which fitted in line with what we both wanted anyway. He tried his best to match our budget, and even though the quotation wasn't the cheapest, we went along with him as we felt that our values aligned and he was able to deliver what was promised and was reliable in his coordination with the various vendors. Jacky also troubleshooted some of the problems that cropped up, such as plumbing leaks which he took care of as soon as he could, and followed up with us after handover.
