Samuel (ID) 1. We engaged Great Oasis after speaking with multiple ID’s. We found Samuel more approachable & responsive up from initial enquiries up to the end. 2. He gave us suggestions but was not pushy with his ideas. He listened well & communicated clearly as to what can or cannot be accomplished within the time frame. 3. He was patient, reliable, open to changes & always available for updates/concerns. B. Quotation 1. Samuel prepared a very detailed & transparent quotation and contract where every detail was well discussed & explained. 2. He provided impressive 3D drawings of the proposed reno works & tried his best to keep within our stated budget. C. Renovation Works 1. Well planned & great workmanship. 2. Samuel assisted us in tiles, lights, bathroom fixtures selection, even helped in finding /dealing with more affordable aircon units. 3. Renovation works went smoothly from start to finish, without delay, inspite of a short time frame (5wks), without compromising the quality of their work. 4. Moving in was less of a hassle as they provided a thorough clean up of the flat. 5. Last minute rectification works were also promptly done, thus a very smooth turn over of the flat. As a young, busy couple renovating their first home, our priority was to find an ID we felt comfortable with and could work around our tight budget for a 3-room BTO. The search for our perfect match stretched over several weekends and finally came to an end when we found Desmond from Great Oasis Interior Design. We had a hard deadline for our move-in date, and he made sure that his own contractors worked quickly around the delays caused by our contractor to enable us to move in on time. - Great workmanship and attention to detail - promptly rectified any issues and ensured that all rectification works were properly carried out to our satisfaction before handing over (cannot comment on carpentry works as it was done by our contractor).
