I shortlisted a few companies and designers before meeting with Ron from Fifth Avenue Interior, whose keen awareness and clear understanding of design aesthetics, and easy confidence, immediately helped me make my decision to sign with the company. I came into this renovation process with many definite ideas, some feasible and others not quite, and Ron demonstrated clear experience and expertise in guiding me, and helping make adjustments to my ideas so that they can be actualised. He’s quick to understand my vision, and articulate in expressing his own views and ideas, without ever being overbearing. When the renovation process began, he was responsible and accountable, sending me regular updates unprompted, and checking in regularly to clarify decisions with me. Even though the process wasn’t without its hiccups, like all projects, Ron made sure to try to come to me already with solutions in mind, to help assuage my anxieties, and to make the process as pain free as possible for me. Ron truly embodied the spirit of his profession, and combined his keen sense of design with empathy and professionalism, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to other homeowners.

Having gone through our marriage and then renovation amidst a pandemic, we’ve seen it all! As first time home owners, we had 101 questions and Fifth Avenue could provide the answers to all of them so it wasn't long before we made a fairly easy decision in engaging them. (especially the fact that we wanted our kitchen sink located nowhere near its allocated position and instead on the island in the middle of it) Ofcourse, it being amidst the pandemic strung along minor hiccups and delays and they were inevitable BUT foreseeable. Louis saw to it that everything was attended to the quickest way possible and rectifications were easily communicated to him. In a delicate relationship between designer and home owner, Louis has executed his role really well and we were able to communicate our concerns very well and he was always assuring in the more-than-one solution that he laid out for us to pick from with all areas addressed. Overall, my wife and i are extremely proud of our home now and it is exactly what i’ve envisioned for it to be since we stepped into our home and saw our default kitchen tiles which we could not wait to change! Amazing experience with Louis the man and would definitely ring him up for future works that we may have in mind!

He is professional and able to advise us well in all sorts of aspect, letting us know what are the other options aside the ones we had in mind. Even though COVID happened, with the lack of manpower at the same time, Kenny will follow through with every contractor and supplier with what is suppose to be done and managed to keep within the timeline as communicated, giving us promptly updates.
