When my wife and I met up with Gary from Interior Times, he took his time to understand our requirements and budget constraint and advised accordingly, not rushing to close the deal is a deal-breaker as I needed time to consider. He reassured us that he will be with us thru the renovation journey as I was quite worried about the whole reno process as a first-time homeowner. Although his initial quote went over my budget by around 1k, I also understand that my budget is tight and he advised to remove some items that can be bought off-shelf, in the end, I asked him to proceed as I wanted to customise my feature wall and console to accommodate my sound system. Communication was smooth as he updated us the progress of the renovation in a WhatsApp grp and even settled the defects within a week. Very satisfied, highly recommend to home owners who worry about their reno like me.

We met Ben from Interior Times after receiving quite afew enquiries from other firms. we felt the most connection with Ben as he walks us through the pre reno processes & his experience. we were taken aback especially considering what we have heard from other designers. Ben showed us even some of his done/ongoing works to let us understand what he is explaining. fastforward into the reno, its even better as we did not have to be involved in the project at all, less some specific details which requires our opinion & we improvised on that together with Ben as well. as a whole, we would like to thank Ben & Interior Times once again for the hassle-free reno. recommended to everyone!

First and foremost, BEWARE of the FAKE reviews. Just take a look at the frequency of the postings and the language. We were also duped into thinking that Interior Times is a highly rated firm. Please read ALL the reviews and sort it by ‘newest’ to spot the fake reviews. Imagine the kind of effort they put in to write FAKE reviews, instead of actually doing their jobs. Please read the full review below: We were promised that our ID will work in accordance with our said budget. After two rounds of payments, we were shocked by double the costs and we had minimal carpentry. NOTHING, except for tiling work and hacking were completed. Secondly, it’s been 3 months, we have not completed our renovation, despite being promised a completion date. Given the current pandemic climate, we had expected some delays. However, it seems like we are unable to move in anytime soon. Thirdly, we were first reeled in with 3D drawings during our initial discussions. We never saw any accurate 3D drawings thereafter. Avoid, avoid and please filter reviews.
