I happen to visit Ikea where I wanted to purchase some furniture for my home. I come across the Livspace Designers, I hd chance to get some IDs n was so impressed with their concepts n technology aspects that I had my living room designed. They design the wall units extremely artistically, making the space appear very decluttered. The blending of colours n the perfection of wood, as well as the themes and colour combinations, make it look really attractive. It looks like a perfect entrance and all our guests have started complimenting us. I am extremely impressed.

Belated responses, if ever. Quotations were not done properly, no itemized pricing. Measurements were not done properly and workmanship left much to be desired. They charged a premium but materials were bad. Promised a full piece of wood for wardrobe door, which turns out to be made of more than 6 pieces of wood stuck together. Fixed a door handle on the wardrobe poorly which damaged the door when my young kid tried to open it. ID didnt turn up and bangala anyhow made holes in carpentry which spoilt the whole look.

We engaged Patrick and his team for our house recently, through Livspace. Truly pleased with the quality of work done. They have done a great job. Not only that, they have also followed through with the works and meeting my timeline beyond expectations. Patrick and team can deliver good works to quality. We chose Livspace as we figured that they are quite a big name, working with IKEA and all. In fact, Designer Mizan was the first from the Qanvast list of designers to get back to us. We felt that he listened to our needs and got our brief for what we wanted to the T. His design was also the best of all the designs with an affordable quotation. They also offered gift vouchers from several vendors that could really help in our purchase of furniture etc. However, the execution of the project was very disappointing. We felt that, we were shortchanged as Mizan was not experienced in managing projects and costing, as good as he was, as a designer. We gave our keys and signed the documents in July 2022 and we had expected to move in by October 2022. While the initial hacking works took place very quickly, we found very little or no work done for almost 6 weeks. We kept being told that there were hold ups and issues. By November, we made an official complaint as we knew that the project was going to spill into 2023 and my big family had already been living in a small temporary apartment for close to 4 months. It was a very stressful period for us. Fortunately, the management was quick to provide us with a replacement ID, Belinda, who was fast, efficient and knowledgeable when it came to costing. Nonetheless, we only moved into our new home at the end of February 2023, 7 months after we gave Livspace our keys. We moved in while there were still works needed to be done such as carpentry, and kitchen, which was not ready at all. We were desperate as we had to move out of our temporary home. We were also disappointed that no service recovery was done, and because of all the delays, we only got the promised gift vouchers from IKEA, though we had initially planned to get vouchers from other vendors to get our furniture. While we love the design of our new home, some of the workmanship is also not up to standard and we ended up spending way over the initial budget.
