Our project with Livspace was really above and beyond all of our expectations! Our interior designer really delivered and went all out in terms of customer service. From space utilization and cost to even the most minute details were taken care of by the team. They even suggested the most ideal furniture that would complement the designs. The project manager kept us updated throughout the entire construction process and was kind enough to implement our suggestions. Thank you so much for all your efforts. Really appreciate all of the customer services, especially the last minute requests. 5 stars. They have some really great interior design ideas.

Engage livpace at your own risk. i have started discussion with them in Dec 2021, paid a 5% deposit in Feb 2022, terminated them in 11 June. Talks were pretty and being this big, i held hopes that my renovation will have as little issues as possible and will be completed in time. The plan is to start renovation on 4 July 2022. Fast forward into June 2022, 3D renderings are still in draft mode, quotation revision was not done, HDB permit not applied for despite the house being legally ours since March 2022. Done escalation to the ID manager - Eddie, at least twice, towards the end he just blue tick me!! Go figure, when i inform them that i will be terminating them on 11 June, they offer me my deposit back immediately. which is unheard of especially the contract was signed in Feb 2022.

Sharon was a professional and passionate project manager who did not only try her best to complete the tasks on time despite all the unforeseen circumstances, she also gave suggestions on how to rectify issues that do not affect the main design of the interior. She was honest in her views and accommodated our requests to the best her abilities. We are very satisfied with her performance and will recommend her to others with great confidence.
