Since we have a kid at home, our brief was quite straightforward, which was to build a simple, clean place with plenty of room for our kid to move around. My wife and I consulted 3 different companies and despite Meter Square not being the cheapest out of the three, we were convinced to engage them for their services because they provided us a clear, detailed breakdown which enabled us to know exactly what we were paying for. The other ID that we spoke did give us beautiful ideas but it was rather perplexing how he could not seem to understand our concerns of having a practical space with our kid at home. May, on the other hand, was very honest in giving us practical feedback and she painted the whole picture out for us of what we could expect from the renovation. In fact, her proposal to us was so spot on, we hardly made any changes to it at all! May worked alongside another designer from her team, and he was great as well. During the renovation, we only had to head down to our home once to take a look but other than that, May would send us video updates through our Whatsapp chat group. Rather than just pinpointing any defects to us, May would've resolved them already before she even contacted us. It was such an outstanding service from May and her team, so we're incredibly pleased with their services.
