For a 3-room HDB BTO flat in Canberra Vista: an NYC loft-inspired home geared towards hosting
Hosting guests in small homes isn’t easy. But somehow, Butler Interior manages to create different spaces for multiple groups of people – which is a feat, considering that this 3-room BTO flat in Canberra Vista is just 69 sqm.
At the kitchen entrance, you’ll find an island that also doubles up as a mini home bar. Note how the island is positioned in a way that allows the hosts to smoothly move from the kitchen to the dining area, facilitating good movement flow and ensuring that food can be served with ease.

Additionally, you’ll also find ample storage space in the living room and kid’s bedroom, which gives the family room to neatly put away the toys and books their children use.

Playing around with the layout is a type of freedom only experienced by couples with no intentions of having children – and Flo Design has just the idea to show you.
