Gabriel stood out among the other IDs that me and my husband met, as he understood and listened to our needs and wants. When he showed us the mood board, it matches exactly to what we were looking for: the feel, the color scheme, and also from practicality perspective. Gabriel was very patient throughout our reno journey. During space planning, we had a few iterations which he patiently went through the changes with us. I remembered being so excited and happy with the final plan, like “it’s the one” kind of feel. Also, Gabriel attended to our ad hoc requests and spent time explaining things we don’t understand. This gave us a lot of comfort that our house reno are in good hands. During construction phase, we worked with Samuel who was our project manager. Oh boy, he was efficient! He managed on-site progress and updated us on a timely basis. Samuel would go the extra mile with our requests, even replied to messages pass midnight (which I totally didn’t expect!). Both Samuel and Gabriel made a super team to deliver the project ahead of the initial planned timeline. Although there were hiccups (like most projects do), both Gabriel and Samuel were able to resolve issues promptly and professionally! Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Gabriel and Samuel. Both me and husband are thankful and grateful for the effort and hard work that the team put in, for making our space so comfy! Thank you Gabriel, thank you Samuel for the fuss free reno!
